About Coresonic

Coresonic AB was founded in 2004 to develop and market a novel baseband processor technology based on the outcome of a three-year research project at the research center Stringent at Linköping University. The founders include Professor Dake Liu, Dr. Eric Tell, Dr. Anders Nilsson and Professor Christer Svensson from the electrical engineering department. They bring together decades of experience from research, development and marketing of semiconductors and IP.

We develop and market SIP (semiconductor intellectual property) for programmable baseband processors enabling modems for the wireless industry. We have developed a novel, patented processor architecture optimized for wireless modems that delivers small, power-efficient and flexible modem solutions. We deliver silicon proven programmable baseband processors that the customer can tailor to their needs.

Our technology is suited to all types of modem devices from mobile phones and PDAs to wireless networking and digital broadcasting and to basestations and xDSL.
